Private Career College Act, 2005 defines "Non-Vocational Programs" in the O. Reg. 415/06, s. 9.. All our Certificate Programs, Pre-Exam programs, Online Training Programs and Onsite Training Programs are Non-Vocational Programs. These programs do not require approval under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005
